Anne Marie Kayashima, R.N. - Director of Clinical and Surgical Services

Anne Marie Kayashima is responsible for day-to-day operations for the surgery center and clinical offices. She is also Co-Chair of the Quality Assurance Program and Acting Clinical Director of Maine Spinecare.

Working in orthopaedics has given me the challenge of ensuring that we provide every patient with high-quality responsive care. Getting patients back to the highest function in the least amount of time is the driving principle here at Central Maine Orthopaedics. The providers here are some of the best I have worked with in the last 30 years. We have the ability and are driven as a team to make a difference in the lives of our patients and community.
